Last night my wife got into a fit. We have a lot going against us: married young, kid early, money struggles.<\/p>\n
She was never a go getter, I\u2019ve always wanted to be the top of everything, the best of the best and blah blah blah. That being said, the past 3 years has been me working to provide for the house and her. Fast forward to our child being born, times of course start getting complicated financially due to my place of employment being a shith0le. Blah blah blah back story.<\/p>\n
Since her being a SAHM, she\u2019s been a nightmare. There were multiple occasions of her trying ti rip our child from my arms when shes trying to nap and demanding me to give her to her because \u201cshe needs her\u201d. During those times I\u2019ve had to push her away with my feet and legs while holding my child. (It typically occurs when I\u2019m sitting down so getting up and moving isn\u2019t the easiest)<\/p>\n
That has since stopped. But she has now moves to throwing my things, she\u2019s even thrown my old xbox out front of the house before. Yesterday rolls around and we both got new jobs, she picked up a job where she\u2019s working 12 hour shifts for $20\/hr.<\/p>\n
I started mine today with $25\/hr +commission.<\/p>\n
She starts to stress about the days we don\u2019t have child care covered before saying she is doordashing, comes back in 10 minutes later demanding my phone to use because hers was \u201chaving issues\u201d ( it told her to turn location back on, she just used it fine the day before. I just thought about that being weird as I typed this.)<\/p>\n
Anywho, she starts yelling and demanding that I quit my job because I\u2019m \u201d not doing my job as her father by only watching our daughter for 2 days\u201d when it\u2019s because I have work?<\/p>\n
She demands that I quit my job because she\u2019s been home for the past 3 years working around ME. When I have been begging her to work and she left her ACTUAL job to pursue a pyramid scheme after we all told her it was a scam and she didn\u2019t listen.<\/p>\n
But I am trying to calm her down in that moment by answering anything I can and telling her we will figure this out, but quitting is not an option. It is a sales job and she then tells me to DEMAND Saturday off from my job. (My first day is today, this occurred yesterday. I asked for $25\/hr and they gave it to me) tells me her job is more important and it\u2019s her turn and then stood there for 30 min demanding me to quit or tell my boss I NEED Saturday or \u201cshe\u2019s done with me and done running circles with me\u201d<\/p>\n
Fast forward 30 minutes of this and her unrelenting, she shoves my pc off my desk across the room. (Breaking it of course)<\/p>\n
Later that night as I\u2019m trying to fix it, I say a part has power and she tells me that she\u2019s \u201cactually upset to hear that it still works.<\/p>\n
Update: (It doesn\u2019t work anymore. This is bigger than the computer.)<\/strong><\/p>\n Honestly, I hate my life, I hate my wife, I hate my situation. But I have a daughter that I love with every ounce I can, and I know her mom is gonna help her milk every dollar of child support they can from me. And truthfully, I just am scared of life after that process. I just want what\u2019s best for our daughter, but it seems like every choice that is made by her is not in the best interest.<\/p>\n I\u2019m fully aware that all of this could just be a ME stupid mind thing, and if so please tell me what I\u2019m reading wrong. I\u2019m so done and so lost.<\/p>\n I appreciate every single one of you and your help, this has and is still helping me more than you can believe.<\/p>\n I must have made math seem funky in this, my wife was 18 when I met her and I was 20, it\u2019s been a short amount of time altogether, since about summer 2021 we have known each other<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Wife(f20) threw my(M23) pc and broke it in a fit.
