“Ah, Mr. Gump, you’ve finally arrived. We’ve been eagerly awaiting your presence.”<\/p>\n
Forrest gazed at the unfamiliar scene before him, a touch uncertain. “Before I can grant you entry into Heaven, Forrest, I have three questions for you. Are you ready?” Forrest nodded.<\/p>\n
“Alright, Forrest, first question: How many seconds are there in a year?” Forrest pondered for a moment before confidently replying, “Twelve.”<\/p>\n
Saint Peter was taken aback. “Twelve seconds in a year? Can you explain?” Forrest responded, “Well, there’s January 2nd, February 2nd, March 2nd, Apr-” Saint Peter interrupted Forrest, saying, “Okay, I suppose you’re technically correct. That will suffice.” Forrest cracked a smile.<\/p>\n
“Next, Forrest, how many days of the week start with the letter ‘T’?” Forrest furrowed his brow for a moment and then replied, “Four.”<\/p>\n
Saint Peter, once again surprised, asked, “Four? How is that possible?” Forrest met his gaze and answered, “You’ve got Tuesday, Thursday, Today, and Tomorrow.” Saint Peter was left incredulous.<\/p>\n
“Alright, Forrest, last question: What is God’s real name?” Forrest thought about the question, a hint of sweat forming on his forehead. Then, his eyes lit up, and he declared with unwavering certainty, “Andy! God’s real name is Andy!”<\/p>\n
Saint Peter slammed his hands onto the podium, exclaiming, “Andy? How in the world did you arrive at ‘Andy’?” Forrest met Saint Peter’s gaze and said, “Well, just like the song says, ‘Andy walks with, Andy talks with me-‘” Saint Peter sheepishly looked at Forrest and said, “Welcome to Heaven, Mr. Gump.”<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
