I wonder what his intentions are.\u201d<\/p>\n
SL replied, \u201cIt\u2019s logical; he likely wishes to harm us.\u201d<\/p>\n
SM worriedly exclaimed, \u201cAt this rate, he\u2019ll catch up to us in 15 minutes, at most. What can we do?\u201d<\/p>\n
SL calmly proposed, \u201cThe only rational course of action is to increase our pace.\u201d<\/p>\n
SM responded, \u201cBut that doesn\u2019t seem to be working.\u201d<\/p>\n
SL retorted, \u201cOf course, it\u2019s not working. The man, acting logically, has quickened his pace as well.\u201d<\/p>\n
SM, growing more anxious, implored, \u201cWhat should we do now? He will reach us in just one minute at this rate.\u201d<\/p>\n
SL advised, \u201cThe only reasonable choice we have is to part ways. You go in one direction, and I\u2019ll go in the other. He cannot pursue both of us.\u201d<\/p>\n
The man decided to follow Sister Logical, and Sister Mathematical eventually made it to the convent. She anxiously awaited Sister Logical\u2019s arrival. When SL did arrive, SM eagerly inquired, \u201cSister Logical, thank goodness you\u2019re here! Please, tell me what happened!\u201d<\/p>\n
SL calmly replied, \u201cThe only logical outcome occurred. The man couldn\u2019t follow both of us, so he followed me.\u201d<\/p>\n
SM sighed in relief, saying, \u201cYes, I see. But what happened next?\u201d<\/p>\n
SL responded, \u201cThe only logical sequence of events unfolded. I ran as fast as I could, and he ran as fast as he could.\u201d<\/p>\n
SM questioned, \u201cAnd then?\u201d<\/p>\n
SL answered, \u201cThe only logical result transpired. He caught up to me.\u201d<\/p>\n
SM gasped, \u201cOh my! What did you do?\u201d<\/p>\n
SL matter-of-factly stated, \u201cThe only logical action to take was to raise my dress.\u201d<\/p>\n
SM inquired further, \u201cAnd what did the man do?\u201d<\/p>\n
SL replied, \u201cHe did the only logical thing, which was to lower his pants.\u201d<\/p>\n
SM exclaimed, \u201cOh, no! What happened next?\u201d<\/p>\n
SL quipped, \u201cIsn\u2019t it clear, Sister? A nun with her dress raised can run faster than a man with his pants down.\u201d<\/p>\n
