{"id":2543,"date":"2025-01-01T08:13:08","date_gmt":"2025-01-01T08:13:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nine9ja.com\/?p=2543"},"modified":"2025-01-01T08:13:08","modified_gmt":"2025-01-01T08:13:08","slug":"the-us-mexico-border-guard-is-shocked-when-juan-said-this","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nine9ja.com\/pa\/the-us-mexico-border-guard-is-shocked-when-juan-said-this\/","title":{"rendered":"The US \/ Mexico border guard is shocked when Juan said this"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<h2><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jokesoftheday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/1196875-e1553818604867.png\" alt =\"1\" width=\"109\" height=\"150\"><\/h2>\n<h2>Juan comes up to the US \/ Mexican border on a bicycle\u2026<\/h2>\n<p>\u2026\u00a0 with two large bags over his shoulders.<\/p>\n<p>The guard stops him and says, \u201cWhat\u2019s in the bags?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSand,\u201d answered Juan.<\/p>\n<p>The guard says, \u201cWe\u2019ll just see about that.\u00a0 Get off the bike.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The guard takes the bags and rips them apart; he empties them out and finds nothing in them but sand.\u00a0 He detains Juan overnight and has the sand analysed, only to discover that there is nothing but pure sand in the bags.\u00a0 The guard releases Juan, puts the sand into new bags, hefts them onto the man\u2019s shoulders, and lets him cross the border.<\/p>\n<p>A week later, the same thing happens.<\/p>\n<p>The guard asks, \u201cWhat have you got?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSand,\u201d says Juan.<\/p>\n<p>The guard does his thorough examination and discovers that the bags contain nothing but sand.\u00a0 He gives the sand back to Juan, and Juan crosses the border on the bicycle.<\/p>\n<p>This sequence of events is repeated every day for 3 years.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, Juan doesn\u2019t show up one day and the guard meets him in a Cantina in Mexico by coincidence.\u00a0 \u201cHey buddy,\u201d says the guard, \u201cI know you are smuggling something.\u00a0 It\u2019s driving me crazy.\u00a0 It\u2019s all I think about and I can\u2019t sleep.\u00a0 Just between you and me, what are you smuggling?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Juan sips his corona and says, \u201cBicycles.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Juan comes up to the US \/ Mexican border on a bicycle\u2026 \u2026\u00a0 with two large bags over his shoulders.
